Return and Refund/Exchange Policy!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, the same product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of usage and must not be damaged.
  • If items are damaged in transit, must be stated, and picture taken as evidence.

  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of usage and must not be damaged.
  • If item was damaged in transit, must be stated, and if wanting to exchange the damaged product for a new, undamaged product then exchange process will be free.
  • If exchanging for a different product and the original product was not damaged then exchange will not be authorised.


To initiate a return/exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Either go to the 'Contact Us' tab at the top and fill out the Inquiry Form with your request, click on the message bubble at the bottom of the screen or email lauryn@tressesofbeauty.co.uk
  2. Provide order details and state the reason of exchange/return with proof.
  3. Everything will be sorted out from here!


Questions that may be asked:

  • How long will it take to receive your refund, replacement product?: As soon as possible, at Tresses Of Beauty we always aim for customer satisfaction and speedy delivery.
  • Any shipping fees you will need to pay?: Aside from normal shipping fees, you will not have to pay any shipping fees if products received are damaged
  • How we handle lost items/returns?: If items are lost in transit all costs paid will be refunded/exchange product will be given, and if items are lost in return process payment will be withheld until further information is given.
